When I travel there every couple years, it's always for several months at a time, and this is my go-to place to stay. It's a bit of a drive from my work area, but it beats staying in a corporate apartment in Mission Valley. The rooms are outdated, but I love the villa style and the pool is fantastic. I work nights when I'm there, so they give me an upstairs room, and the housekeeping staff is able to work around my schedule. I'll be there again this summer, and I'm looking forward to another stress-free stay!.

I would not have returned to Allinol at that price. It was exorbitant for what we received. So, here we are on the verge of a travel bust, and the hotels will soon be unable to fill rooms. And although no one wants a slow economy myself at the top of that list, airlines are doing their part to ensure that customers are well taken care of, allowing changes, and reducing prices. Hotels appear to be taking advantage of higher occupancy in the short term. So, we paid $368 for a bigger room, and while it suited our needs, neither is the del coronado nor the shores of Mission Bay. The room was older but definitely clean. Back of the hotel, there is plenty of parking. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was certainly on par with most hotel breakfasts. The majority of attractions, such as the Zoo, Coronado, Sea World, etc., and even the airport are in the area, as long as you have a car. Bering from Learn Mesa might be pricey. Learning Mesa is a moderately industrial area, one thing we noticed was that the hotel backs up to the yard where the garbage trucks park, so in the morning 5 ish, constant beeping and flashing yellow lights. This one is quite sad to see go. On October 14, 2020, the city council approved the purchase of this property to convert it into a homeless shelter. Since the standard had dropped, it has clearly been in talks for months. Around 85 staff members were cut out, and the exterior areas are getting worn out. If the city schedule permits, this hotel will be closed for modifications very soon. It has been around for 32 years, and the proprietors and management have always provided a safe and clean environment. The rooms are still clean but wearing out. It is best to have a backup plan if you book here because they may close without giving any warning.

We were a group of five and I liked that we had space to spread out. Also, we had two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Breakfast was buffet style with lots of options! I also liked that we were near convoy street which has many different Asian food options.

The staff were terrible and did add rooms, remove rooms, and request different types of rooms for our family of 17 ad we had a nightmare. They graciously accommodated our party of 17 and made sure everyone had what they needed. The food was fine, but our family had a lot of breakfast there. Everyone said that the beds were nice, but they need to replace all of the carpets. We had 5 different rooms and suites and each of them had worn, dirty, and torn carpets. Very disgusting. There was a lot of siding loose or falling off the exterior of the building. Housekeeping was also somewhat lax. Had to call them 2 days due to their failure to appear by rp. There was a ball of string on a side table as we arrived and stayed for 3 days.
