Everyone was very friendly, especially Anthony on the front desk. It was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was just OK, but it was enough to get us going early. Next time we stay in Cotulla, I will be back here. We were on the 3rd floor, west side, and out the window to the south, we watched deer and feral hogs feeding.

It appears this hotel was a La Quinta at one time. Its very clean and very well maintained. Monica was working the front desk and was very pleasant and helpful. Also here is the La Salle County Steak House right around the corner on the interstate that was very good to eat at.

Seldom have I been received the way I did after a long trip by the staff at this place. Monica, the receptionist was extremely welcoming. Upon arrival the location is kinda hidden so need to pay attention as to make sure not to miss the entrance. The location of the hotel is of the highway so that in a sense meant it was quiet. The parking lot was spacious and with very good lighting so felt fairly comfortable knowing nothing would happen to my vehicle. Inside the lobby is very spacious and well kept. The receptionist desk holds a small NASA center worth of cameras which only added to my great sense of security. Upon entering my selected room I found a wonderful peppermint smell that filled the air. It was subtle but not overwhelming. Being a suite it was very spacious and clean. Inspected the bed for comfort and it was just right. Couch and chairs were stain free which is usually very rare in hotel rooms. The small kitchenette was a nice addition though didn’t use it. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Great environmentally safe soap and shampoo. Drawbacks, if you get a downstairs room, you will hear people in the upstairs room. Especially running kids. Second, something is up with the water. While taking a shower, I couldn’t get the feeling of soap on my body off. Even with using name brand soap, it still felt as if it wasn’t being rinsed off. Even after drying it felt as if I’d taken a shower in lotion. Lastly, tv has limited and poor quality cable. No HD here. Overall great
