We have been staying here for about 10 years or so. The stay is absolutely wonderful. The room is always clean and well maintained, staff is friendly, have great rates, and close to everything. Overall, a wonderful experience!!

Have stayed here multiple times and have always been happy with the hotel and room accommodations. Hotel is always clean and rooms well prepared. Very reasonable price as well.

Nice room. AC was not functioning at it's peak, but everything about the property was great. The pool was a nice break from the heat. Room was clean. Breakfast was nice (the biscuits and gravy were a nice touch). Staff were very helpful. Would stay here again.

We were very pleased with our one night stay. The room was clean and spacious. We didn’t have time to enjoy all the amenities, but the indoor and outdoor pools looked inviting. The breakfast should be advertised as “economy” but there was a fair selection. River Bend Inn will be on our repeat list.

If you stay here, get a room with a balcony. The view of the city is beautiful

Todo me gustó. Gente agradable y el estacionamiento puede ser con techo. Todos los días limpiaban el cuarto. Piscina muy limpia.

I booked a double bed room with no balcony. I had no issues. Room was neat and front desk was helpful. Nice location and easy drive to Gatlinburg and Smoky.

The room was clean and fresh smelling. We had the king room, and there was a small sitting area which had a loveseat in it. So nice! View couldn’t be beat, right on the river. We could sit on our balcony and watch the ducks swim past. I would have liked to have had more coffee left in the room though. One packet wasn’t enough to carry us over until the buffet opened. The hotel exceeded our expectations.
