I'd never stayed in a hotel that was rated 10/10, and I was not disappointed! Every little detail made the place special--the snack room with drinks, super clean comfortable room, cozy bed, and the delicious breakfast. When I checked in, I was asked to choose a time for breakfast. Then the host asked me to wait a couple of minutes while he checked on the room and filled the ice bucket in the room. He then escorted me to the room, showed me how the AC remote and ceiling fan remote worked. The place was so quiet! It was nice after my long drive to be able to walk to restaurants for dinner. Slept great! Breakfast was delicious! Fruit cup at my table. Then my order was taken. I chose the eggs any style (I got poached, cooked perfectly), delicious potatoes, sausage, and toast. You had your choice of several teas, coffee, and juices. Loved my stay here and felt so well taken care of and spoiled. Thank you!!!

This place is a fantastic gem with close access to Goblin Valley and other hiking destinations. You will not be disappointed. The rooms are stylish, clean, and comfortable. The delicious, hearty breakfasts prepared by Greg were a really nice personal touch. He knows the area and gave us great recommendations for hiking. I’d give this a solid 10 out of 10.

Family owned and operated motel that was very tastefully decorated; warm and inviting with super cozy bed. Breakfast was made to order and the best I have had in awhile! For starters you are given a pewter bowl of the freshest fruit; a variety of raspberries, apples, blueberries, oranges and banana slices - delicious! Host were wonderful and knowledgeable about surrounding areas. If ever I was passing through Green Rivers again, I would definitely stay here. I rarely do reviews but this place warranted one.

The room was kept clean, the AC was very good, and the staff very friendly and helpful. My only quibble was that the door glass has mini-venetian blinds that had no secondary shades, so once the sun was up the room could be completely darkened. I would definitely stay again.

The property owners were very nice and helpful. They bring you to your room, show you where everything is and how to use everything. They even cook a really nice breakfast for you in the morning. Only minor nitpick, which didn't effect me too much was there was no small frig. Otherwise, the property is perfect. I would stay there again for sure. Also within a mile of a few restaurants and fast food places.
