It worked for what we needed. Not your top tier stay, small room, few amenities. But quite stay. Would stay again

This place gets the job done. It actually wasn’t as loud a property as I thought it would be comparing to Monte Vista Hotel. No attitude here like at the MV.

We stayed in the rooms furthest from the road (115) the train runs through a few times a night but that’s not a big deal. We did have to pay some property fees (12$) that weren’t disclosed on Hotels.com. The guy at the desk was cool and explained they’ve tried to get Hotels.com to disclose this in the past. Other than that the room okay for the price and location. The fridge didn’t work but all in all not bad.

Location to downtown is perfect for walking and exploring. The rooms are clean and perfect for sleeping in. The hotel is very quiet and safe. Lots of light in the parking lot. Will stay again. Great budget friendly hotel.

Located at a major intersection to get around town easily but also across the street from the train tracks so that was a bit loud at times (hard to avoid though anywhere in Flagstaff) Service was nice and easy - old rooms but fixed nicely enough to sleep and shower.
