I'm incredibly annoyed to write this review because we've been here a few times and have had wonderful experiences. The price is so cheap that it's almost alarming, but one day we decided we'd grab the bullet and try the hotel, which was about 13 the price we normally pay for an orlando hotel. We were fortunate and have returned several times since. We've noticed that the room to be clean in the past. Sure it's outdated. Is it five-star service? No. Is breakfast amazing? No. However, it is a ropeway inn and it costs 40 dollars. We've been together for about 15 years and she's never heard anything wrong. The first time for everything. She immediately ran out and pointed out the largest roach I've ever seen. We initially decided to leave and ask to switch to another building because it was late and we were aware that some of them had always been fine, so I grabbed up my bag off the floor and brought it down to the lobby ready to argue if they didn't offer a refund. Fortunately, I didn't have to. The man at the desk was quite kind, but he also acted completely surprised by our experience or the giant roach we brought down. There are four different buildings, and some of them are good, but others are roach-infested.

This place has so many restaurants, plus a gift shop, where the mice ears are so affordable. The location is also close to Disney parks. If you want to stay at the parks all day, I will definitely return. The employee here was so awesome. We were greeted by everyone, and they were all so friendly. The room was so simple, with the usual bagels, cereal, coffee, yogurt, and juice for breakfast. There is no heat here and the temperature is expected to drop into the 70's at night. The employee is so helpful and kind. The staff are so helpful. We had quick food and headed out to the Disney park from the door. It's a cheap and basic hotel. We spent a day in the park and it was a great choice. I give it four stars for this hotel.
