The manager, scott, was fantastic. We had several issues with our previous room, but steve moved us to a lovely room. The staff and food were excellent, and we had meals at various locations in the hotel. Staff went above and beyond to be accommodating and welcoming. Many thanks for that.

On the south end of international drive is a large convention center called the rosin center. The hotel is located away from the crazy busy north portion of i-drive, which is great if you are looking for secluded lodging but bad unless you want lots of activities close to it. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. There is an extensive sports bar in the large lobby that was decorated very nicely for the endofyear holidays at the time of my visit. For an advertised 4star hotel, the room was spacious and seemed tattered. I believe it would be good IF two people were getting ready at once. All hotel bathrooms should be removed from shower heads. It is awful, like what youd find in mr. 6 or super 8. Its not surprising that despite using singleuse toiletries instead of large, refillable bottles in late 2023, he still uses singlepurpose toiletry. Although firm, there was no hard bed. No feather pillows were placed on either bed, only foam was used. Overall, bedding isnt breaking records, especially for what is supposed to be billed as etiquette. My neck was hurt by the foam pillows. Thats why the space was so clean! My rating for this hotel comes from how they advertise themselves as being

I highly recommend large groups to hold their events at the Rosen Centre hotel. Youll be happy you did! We had a better experience planning i had for my companys conference at reception at this hotel, thanks to the banquet and event staff. Kevin Kapke, my convention services manager, was on top of everything and accommodating to our needs, even when they came at last minute. Many of the buffet staff members were with our group for all five days we had events in the hotel as well. Milan, Christian, Juan, Nick, and many others looked after us with grins, whether it was setting up our breakfast buffet at 7 am or making sure everyone had what they needed before closing the bars at night. They were truly there for our party at every turn, which is why as an event planner, ive appreciated them for making not only my job easier but also the attendees experience that much better.

I stayed here in february to attend a competition across the street. Checkin was easy. I got idly clean room overlooking the pool. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were smooth. It was spacious and had whirlpool bath. Maid service was excellent. He was very helpful and explained how to use the trolley system to get around town. There are several nice restaurants and taverns next to them. A good selection of different food to suit everyones needs. Lots of lounges around the swimming pool, and you never felt like you didnt have reeked. Location was great. Two nice eateries were within hr half if mile walk. Also, there is o pharmacy next door, so its really convenient for forgotten things.

The location is convenient for my conference, but the food options are just so bad for the cafe and dietary restrictions. I liked Harrys, however the rest didnt hit the mark.

What a wonderful experience we had here this weekend for megacon. Everything was absolutely perfect, clean and every staff member we encountered was professional and kind. I loved my view from the 14th floor. Cant wait to stay here again for the next convention.

The rooms were spacious and wellmaintained. The pricing was reasonable for the area. However, the only minor issue is that when you switch the ac from 66 to 70, there is stale smoke coming from the heater, which temporarily starts burning and turns off the smoke alarm for around 15 seconds. Everything is fine then. Although the location is convenient, its worth noting that the convention center is large so be prepared to walk there.

This place is ideal for holding a conference. It is conveniently situated in the heart of the Orlando visitor area. There is delicious food to be found. While it may be pricier, most 4/5 star hotels are. If you have the cash, i suggest this place.

The positive things are the convenient location of the hotels convention center and dining options. And then, the room was nice, except for the trash left on the floor and shelf in the closet as well as the garbage left by the previous guest on bathroom floor. After that, i used a towel to step out of shower because housekeeping neglected to provide utensils. Subsequently, there is no bag for an ice bucket from housekeeper.

Location, location, Location - walking distance to several convention centers friendly and helpful staff. Great views from high floors clean rooms, nice size tv, comfortable beds in hotels restaurants are expensive but the food was good. The ac had squealing noise, low shower pressure, the bathtub took ages to drain note the additional $28 per day parking fee which may not be included in your room. Parking is far from the main elevators and it is quite walked! The bathroom plumbing issues are the primary reason i give this place 4 stars instead of 5. To be fair, we never had to raise this issue with management because we were quite busy during our stay.

I will return the following year. Ive been to florida twice for a conference, but on the second occasion, i stayed at the Rosen center, and im so happy ive done so! Excellent location for walkingable convention center with restaurants and shops. However, there was no need to leave because the hotel eateries were spectacular. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities. The spa is incredibly tranquil, while the lobby area is bustling with activity.

The staff were very friendly in helping me find my way and courteous to someone who wasnt even staying. I only hosted an event here, but the staff was very kind in guiding me and polite to anyone who didnt stay.

My family and i had an amazing time at rch. The building itself is spectacular, and the bridge to the convention center made access simple. We enjoyed the many amenities at the hotel, which is conveniently located within a 20minute drive. Since we didnt have rented ugly, we took taxis everywhere, so ive no idea about parking.

Mengunjungi Orlando untuk konferensi selama 2 tahun berturut-turut, tetapi menginap di Rosen Center untuk kedua kalinya dan sangat senang saya beralih! Lokasi bagus untuk konvensi dengan restoran dan perbelanjaan yang dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Namun, restoran di hotel ini luar biasa sehingga Anda tidak perlu pergi jauh. Hotel yang indah dengan segala fasilitasnya. Lobi penuh energi dan spa sangat tenang. Saya akan tinggal di sini lagi tahun depan.

I have spent the past decade staying here for two weekends a year. When i first started visiting, ive been here as he was ages, but it is still regarded as an excellent hotel today. The staff was always courteous and helpful, the rooms were both tidy and cozy, and ill never recall ever having recurring problems checking in or out. It has always been incredibly enjoyable.
