Unit was clean and immaculate. At no point did I feel uncertain about sanitation. Room w/ 2 queen sized beds was much larger than anticipated. The sound of trains can be heard, but it did not disrupt our sleep at all. We had a very comfortable stay.

This was a great place to stay. Fantastic location, clean, comfy bed, good size refrigerator, quiet, cold A/C, plenty of parking, and convenient. Grocery stores, shopping, coffee, restaurants, U of O and airport all within 15 min or less. Staff was nice, Highly recommended! Thank you!

This was our first time staying at Royal Inn, and we had a great experience. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the AC worked very well, which made our stay comfortable. We only stayed for one night, but we really appreciated having a refrigerator that was large enough to store food and drinks. It would be especially convenient for a longer stay. Overall, a pleasant experience, and we would stay here again.

Rooms have been recently remodeled. Very spacious. Only stayed one night. Very close to the airport which was great for an early flight. Beds were comfortable.

I had a late check in and early check out and the staff were very friendly and helpful both encounters, very clean and comfortable queen bed room with working TV, great AC, fridge w/ freezer section, microwave, and clean bathroom, shower, & sink! Quiet and nice property, my room was facing away from the road, so no traffic disturbances. Nice walkable sidewalks around the area as well. Stayed 3 nights for a decent price, would stay again.
