It wasn't what the pictures showed but still super cute and clean. Enjoyed that it was easily walkable to all attractions. Will definitely recommend to others!

My kids and and I had an amazing visit!! This property is simple and efficient. Everything you could ever want to do in the Big EZ is right at your finger tips. This is a historic property and not fair to compare to a regular hotel. We stayed in room 8. Comfortably sleeps 4 adults. But could easily accommodate more people depending how comfortable they are with each other. I just got home and I am ready to go back. Would not change anything. Perfect place for the French Quater.

St. Phillip was wonderful but the parking was a terrible experience it cost 300.00. Plus the booted my car because of an error on there part which cost another 50.00. Would love to come back but will have to definitely have to check on alternate parking will not go thru that again

Property location was great. Room was clean and roomy. Property was secured, and Clarence who was recommended by the hotel for pick up & drop off was awesome. I highly recommend this property & Clarence as your driver.

Wr loved this property. Very private and quiet. This building is old and has a ton of charm. Full apartments with kitchens made our stay so much easier. We plan to book again in the future! This isn't going to make people looking for a perfect chain type hotel room, but id you're looking for a more authentic location in NOLA, you can't go wrong here!

We loved staying at this hotel. It has all the feel of authentic New Orleans and the French Quarter. The location was perfect, we were 2 blocks from Bourbon and close to everything the French Quarter has to offer. The room was amazing and had all the amenities we were looking for. The private balcony was a added bonus, it was so nice to walk out on the balcony and get to see and hear the real New Orleans. It has a beautiful courtyard with couches and we could relax and hang out with the other guests. We got the chance to meet the new owners and they are very nice and even let us keep our bags in the room after checkout so we could still explore the city before leaving to go back home. If your looking to stay at an authentic New Orleans/ French Quarter hotel we highly recommend The Saint Philip.

This hotel is being converted into a B&B. We stayed with them on Day 4 of the new owners, and they staff were all super sweet and went over the top. The hotel is very old, and the hallway and stairs looked it, but once inside, it was very modernly decorated and FULL of amenities, with extras like a full bottle of champagne and OJ! The Presidential Suite, or Grand King Balcony, was HUGE! We slept 5 people comfortably. The full kitchen was glorious and the shower was cool as heck. Unfortunately the A/C was not working well, so we used every fan they supplied us with. Hopefully they'll get that fixed soon. The balcony was excellent, huge and we even took a nap outside on the lounge chairs. Being just off the main drag, I expected more noise, but it was extremely well insulated because we slept with the patio door open all night and slept well. With the location, soooo near everything, this will be our new favorite place when we're in town. Thanks!

Our room was very spacious, had a full kitchen, 1 1/2 bath and a huge balcony over looking St Philip st. The beds were comfortable. This room was great for 2 couples because it has a bed room that is private. Conveniently located in French quarter needs great clubs, restaurants, and shopping. The staff is amazing and makes sure your are very comfortable. My favorite thing about this room was the balcony, spent so much time out there watching the characters go down the street, and the ships going down the Mississippi River. The only downside is this is an old New Orleans hotel with lots of character but no elevator but it was worth the climb for our view. Will definitely be back. If you don't want to stay in a chain hotel and get the a real New Orleans experience, this hotel is for you.

Excellent location and great place to stay. Parking is the only issue. We parked about a 15 minute walk away at $25/day (uncovered). The hotel is very close to Bourbon Street. We didn't need the car until we left. The room was very nice and large. We had a kitchen and full refrigerator also. Great place to stay.
