2 adults, 2 kids. Very easy stay. No issues. Clean room. Clean pool. Close to pub, grocery store, etc. Not as close to the beach as I'd like...but the price reflects that IMO. You can walk but I didn't see a sidewalk...you can probably take the free trolley that's right in front of the hotel though.

Good rate, the staff was excellent and friendly throughout the stay, especially good experience with front desk. Fun, laid-back property with lots of amenities to keep family entertained and great location! Would for sure recommend!

I love coming here yearly and enjoy it with my grandkids. Plenty of things to do with the kids. Pool, play room, BBQ grills, corn hole..... the beach is a short 15 minute walk away and good restaurants near by.

We love this hotel. It has everything one needs; kitchen, restaurant on site, pool, grounds for activities. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We don’t have everyone’s name that helped us but Abraham did come and fix our table. Very polite and friendly. All staff including restaurant service excellent.

The best part of this property is the amenities and the proximity to the beautiful beach. It was really nice to have a space that was large enough for a family of 6 to relax for several days. We played mini golf and pool, enjoyed the fitness centre, pool and hot tub and appreciated the easy walk down to San Clemente State park where there is a beautiful beach complete with lifeguards. The room itself had a few quirks and could use updating, particularly in the bedroom as the closet doors and bathroom door were difficult to open and close. Every unit is a little different though , so this may have only been an issue in ours. We found the kitchen equipped with lots of cutlery and dishes, but not particularly well equipped with cooking utensil basics such as a spatula. Minor complaints though for the price paid for the proximity to the beach and the hotel amenities. Overall, I would highly recommend this place for families.

We have stayed here before, we love it but a ten o’clock checkout was very inconvenient. Checking in at 4 and out at 10 was not great. 3 and 11 would be much better!
