We originally had beach view, when checking in no beach view available. We did receive refund on room for the difference in price. Room was clean, never received other towels for our stay.

The view and the proximity to the beach was awesome…The grilling area with swings was also amazing…The best part was the Tiki Bar..Over all was a nice stay the kids enjoyed it so all is well… I will be returning

The staff were all so delightful and helpful. Henry went above and beyond to make sure we got up to our room when the electricity went out. The tiki bar, restaurant, and ice cream shops are amazing. The beach was so clean and beautiful. We will be back!

We were thoroughly impressed with the amenities available. Great for families. The beds, kitchenette, and bathrooms were very clean. When I called the front desk or went up front, the staff was very helpful. My beach view room was excellent! The tikibar had a happy hour from 4-6 and was very delicious! There is a map of the property you will get and a calendar for daily events is on the back, we were surprised with the interactive Polynesian night that involved dancers and asked for volunteers and let all of the children get on stage. This was great as I brought my child and she had a blast. There is so much to do at the resort and we were here from Saturday-Tuesday, we still didn’t take advantage of all amenities. The beaches were very clean and beautiful! We were in walking distance to stores and restaurants that were excellent (try McGuire’s!!!)

This was the absolute best hotel I've staied in in a while at PCB and having young kids at the beach is already hard but having so much to do within the hotel itself was a major plus we will Definitely be coming back to stay
