Hello everyone, I'll make my experience short and sweet. My wife and I decided to stay at this hotel since it was close to the college we needed to attend. We really like the location of the hotel, it's very close to the ocean, shops, and restaurants. I would stay here again if I'm ever back in town. Free parking is my biggest kicker, I would recommend this place to anyone. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, and places are a brisk walk away.

Great value, clean spacious room. However I tried to stay the next night which was a Thursday, it was double. No thrilled with that.

Loved the location, an elevator would have been great, but the ocean view from was worth the flight of stairs.

The room was walking distance to embarcadero area and restaurants. Older motel style but updated and super cute and clean. Parking felt safe and secure. Bed was comfortable too.

The parking is the worst if you own a 1/2 ton truck, so you’re better off parking on the street with low risk of meter maid tickets. My room did not have an ocean view, but I walked over on the second floor there is a patio that has that Ocean view. Walking distance to the Embarcadero is what makes this Hotel the best location.

Sea Air is a charming hotel. It was super clean, friendly staff and the room made me feel like I was staying in a private guest room of a very nice home. Will stay there again!

Great location! Across the street from Dorn’s, our dinner destination and a quick walk down the stairs to shopping and the waterfront. We were so pleased with the cleanliness and appointment of the room. It appeared recently upgraded, new furniture, great view of Morro Rock from our second floor room.
