My family and I have stayed here for the past 5 years. We love the easy walking distance to Pier Park, Sharky's. and Wongo's. There is also a small store across from Senoir Frogs that makes The Best Daiquiri on the beach. See You Next Year!!!!

Loved the ocean/beach view..Staff was great.Deb was great.Loved Dog Friendly, even though had to go across st.. This place needs a good freshen up,Paint...Paint.chaulk bathroom shower..Paint room updates to outside too.hand towel holder by sink needed .Clean after each rental vistors..update curtains..pool cloudy after usage everyday..Bed comfortable great views.need table on balcony..Get New White Towels.....Dirty faded..

Staff was great ! Property is definitely an older style but it was also clean nothing to really complain about for the price& the view we had from our room you can’t beat it My daughter had so much fun ! Private beach access as well

We stayed 6-25 to 6-29 don’t let the reviews scare you like it did me. I read reviews after we booked and was terrified . We arrived and it was nothing like I had read in the reviews . The staff cannot be more polite! Every single one of them. Me and my mom were simply walking from the car one night and one of the staff members asked if we needed help carrying anything . We always got clean towels . The elevator was in perfect working condition everytime we went to use it . There were numerous luggage carts at the doors each time we walked by. It was quiet at night , we felt safe, beds were great . Cold AC Literally cannot beat the view and access to the beach! You are pretty much on the sand! The outside hallways could def use some attention such as paint . I read a lot of reviews about roaches and mold, never once did we see a single bug and saw no mold. A lot of reviews mentioned parking issues, we never had an issue . If the main lot was full we simply parked in overflow. My mom is handicapped and got a handicap parking spot. We had hot showers each time . The only complaint I have is that there was no iron or ironing board and we needed to iron clothes for family pics. Also there is no free ice machine for guests and the ice was expensive. Def not big issues . I would stay here again

Beautiful views from our 4th floor room. Lots of room in our room. Awesome shower. Water pressure was great. Went down and asked for sheets for the sleeper sofa. They were delivered fast. It is an old motel but we will definitely stay there again. Be prepared to park across the street if you leave to go out at night.

Wonderful beachfront stay We had a great experience at Seahaven Beach Hotel. Being able to wake up every day to spectacular sea views was definitely a highlight of the trip. The entire staff team was exceptionally kind, professional, and responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a great visit to Panama City Beach—we hope to be back soon!

The place is perfect and right in front of the sea with a privileged view, the property is not new but it meets the conditions for a good stay, everything is good since I arrived until I left.
