Everything was wonderful, except for the one desk attendant, who tried to panhandle my mom. But she did the same thing at a different hotel at the Kokomo three years prior.

The place was nice. The staff was very nice. Ray (one of the staff) was super helpful when we were there. We had a hitch cargo carrier for our beach stuff and to park our car was a little hard with it sticking out so Ray kept it in the basement for us while we stayed the week which was very helpful. The view from our balcony was beach front and it was great. We were on the 4th floor and could see everything. Our bed was very comfortable as well.

We stayed in an oceanfront 2 bd room. It was clean and comfortable. Staff asked us if we needed any towels or sheets. They were very accommodating. The pool was small but really, we mostly stayed on the beach. My family had a wonderful time.

This is the second time we have stayed at the SeaLoft. The hotel is clean and safe. The staff are super helpful. We love the location because we are close to the beach.

The layout of the room was perfect for my daughter and myself. Each section of our room had just enough privacy and still allow us to be together. This is the main reason I chose your property for our stay. Also your being pet friendly was important as our dog is old and blind and needs to be with us. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly and accommodating. I recommend you very highly to people looking for a vacation in your city.

The hotels are so clean and the best beach view and the staff are amazing . But the parking - I had to pay for it . I have handicap and it suppose to be free. I am also deaf . I did put listening device on the reservation and the Hotel app did not inform them.

First time staying, tried cause we were bringing our dog. Nice play to stay, well renovated, saw people cleaning and maintaining the whole time. Convenient for bringing our pup, has a nice sized grassy area to walk her and area for disposal that they kept clean. Nice area to shower off after coming off beach. Decent coffee in lobby 24-7. Pool was nice to dip in with clean bathrooms outside too. Will def come again

The rooms were nice, the location was great, they provided umbrellas for the beach, 2 outdoor toilets near the pool, we probably found the only place in OC where we would stay again!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was right off the beach, so it was honestly a dream. The view was amazing. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great as well. When we return the Ocean City this will be our first pick.
