This place was clean, the staff was wonderful, and the walk to the river is very close. It was close to restaurants and just a few miles to the entrance of Sequoia. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice area next to the road, 10 min to anywhere (food-gas) by downside stairs. To the second floor. Overall nice place to stay 9/10

Clean room, small couch and bistro seating in room. Coffee area/small refrigerator in room. Comfy bed and pillows. Cutely decorated. Three patio sitting areas on property and access to river. Game room for kids and communal kitchen. Laundry facilities on site too. Morning coffee, pastries complimentary in early morn. Very nice place to stay.

Even though the property was under construction during our stay, the property is very well kept. There are some fun areas to hang out on decks, with games, comfy furniture, a fire pit, grills all available to visitors. You can't beat the location - 6 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. And the on site manager (Jose) is incredibly responsive to visitor needs ! Would definately stay there again.

Though not your normal type of motel we found the establishment to be quaint and interesting. The room was clean and comfortable for sleeping. The common kitchen was well supplied with lots of ice and there was laundry available.

I highly recommend this hotel. Comfortable stay, Amenities like kitchen, grill, patio is what we like. The staff is super friendly and easy to deal with. Very accommodating Mr. Jose and answered all my questions and needs. pet friendly hotel and no fees. This place worth our money and the location is just 10 minutes away from Sequoia National Park.

This property did a lot of things right.....freshly painted, very nice new towels and sheets and pillows, good mattresses, nice size fridge and freezer space and microwave, updated lights and faucets in the bathrooms, air conditioning, good size TV, nice outdoor seating area, with a pretty view. They just need a couple updates....the retro sink, tile and shower are cool but need regrouting and tub needs resurfacing. The furniture is pretty old and there is nowhere, except the floor to put suitcases. The air conditioner works but is pretty loud. Most of the flooring looks updated but could use a better cleaning. Coffee maker works great but, since they don't service the rooms every day, could use a bigger stock of coffee. I think for the area, this is a very good option. Not upscale, but still does a lot right and offers the option of a community use kitchen, which can help a lot with cost of eating out. On-site managers seem very conscientious and are very friendly, as well.

The room was inviting with useful toiletries like q-tips, cotton balls, shampoo, condition and body wash. Didn't have good internet service
