Amazing property! Lobby/restaurant was amazing and staff very helpful and accommodating. Only negative is I wish we could check in to our room earlier. We did not get in to our room until after 4pm. I had to check in with concierge twice as I did not receive a call when the room was ready like they told me, and I did not have time to get ready for my event that day.

We love the proximity of the property to the event we were going to that weekend and that it was also connected to the Prudential and Copley, please that was a nice bonus. Great restaurants surrounding the area, felt safe and the hotel was well kept and very friendly staff.

This property was a surprise and a delight to stay the July 4 holiday at. Great views of the river and close to plenty of things to do in Boston. The shopping center was great and the easy walking to Marriott for more things to see and do.

Hotel was spotless. Everything was recently updated, looking great. Elevators, escalators all working. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious- go for the breakfast included as you can order off the menu up to $44 per head which gets you quite a bit of well prepared food of your choice. Cannot wait to return!

I enjoy coming to Back Bay Area and staying at the Sheraton. Having Old Town Trolly Tours meeting across the street was always a help - note: they changed their route so there is not one loop but three separate loops (I miss the old loop). We had a river view so we could see the fireworks from our room. Walking to the start of the Freedom Trail is about 1.2 miles - totally worth it. Places to eat close to hotel: 1. Eataly. 2. Fanagle bagel. 3. Crazy Good Kitchen 4. North Street Grlll for brunch/breakfast (best of the 4) - this is a long walk. Take an Uber one way (probably there so you can work off your oversized breskfast). Get the award winning Bourbon French Toast (my wife liked it so much we went back the next day before leaving for home). I had the chicken and waffles and a crab omelet. Lots of places we ate at around Boston, but these were our top picks this trip. Eataly is great even to pick up stuff for lunch - it’s a market and several Resteraunts. Pool opens at 5 AM (and exercise areas). I was able to swim a mile before we headed out for the day. It’s about 18 yards long. We took Carmel Limo service to the Sheraton and Airport. We noticed a bus for $3 round trip was available - will do that next time. Uber was about the same as Carmel, but Uber you can see your car plus Carmel charges 8.75 for tolls and fees on top of what you pay. Great place to stay. Highly recommend it. God willing we will be back. Everyone was friendly.
