Quiet clean property. Rooms are large with great layout for families with separate rooms and bathrooms. Staff were friendly and parking was plentiful. Our flight was canceled and the property was able to extend our stay another day. Very helpful

Perhaps the nicest room and property of any hotel I have stayed. We got one of the larger rooms as a splurge and it did not disappoint - amazing and three times the size of a normal hotel room. The entire property was amazing such as gated entry, lake, giant pool, and fire pit. We did have a small issue at check-in as the room was not ready until 15 minutes after the check-in time, but that was all.

This resort is a 10/10. Worth every dime spent. Cleanliness, description accuracy, the decor, professionalism, attentiveness. Home away from home. Complete comfort & relaxation the entire time. I highly recommend.

We love the whole area. We always look forward to staying here every few months. The staff is always so polite and helpful. The grounds is always clean and the pool is the best. We don't go anywhere else when we're in town.

It’s a one bedroom condo, renovated beautifully. There is still some construction going on, but not noisy. Pool and hot tub are exquisite!!! I like that it’s gated, made me feel safe.

Spotless room, newly renovated, great amenities, many power outlets, wireless charging on clock radio. Furniture looked brand new. No staff interaction after check-in as everything was perfect.

The hotel was clean with friendly staff. The idea of having a small kitchen plus a washer and dryer makes staying for longer periods of time such a breeze. The ONLY thing I would say that the hotel could have an opportunity to work on would be the door between actual rooms. You can hear everything that is said or done. So if you have loud people staying in the room next to yours it can sometimes feel really annoying if you just want some peace and quiet.

We stayed here for two separate short stays. On our first stay we checked in and our neighbor was having a very loud get together with a wedding party after quiet hours. The front desk asked them to quiet down and the party did not comply. The desk called again and let them know further action would be taken if they don't quiet down and after that we had no further issues. Management was incredibly accommodating and helpful with various requests such as extra towels or blankets. Staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Will absolutely stay here again on future visits.
