nice hotel, clean spacious rooms , checkin staff helpful, donuts for breakfast :-) We did not get to enjoy the other amenities like fire pit, pool, gym, or the on-site restaurant, but it all looked well maintained and clean.

Amenities, lounge and staff were great. The lounge was fun in the evening after a long day of eine tasting and exploring. The staff lit the firepit in the morning while we enjoyed our coffee which was very kind! Room was clean and in a nice safe location with some good restaurants and breakfast spots a short jump away. Couple of drawbacks: 1- everyone with a courtyard room can be heard from other rooms with patio door open. 2. Lighting is a bit dark. 3. There are not enough mirrors for a shared room with multiple girlfriends. We will definitely be back!!!

This was a very nice hotel, very attractive. We had a small dog and it was very pet friendly as well. The 3 EV chargers on site were accessible and readily available. It wasn't an overly busy weekend which suited us just fine. The room itself was large, roomy, very nicely appointed.

It was so nice. I never stayed at an Inn and it was very pleasant. The antennae didn’t work on the tv too much and I had to watch a playoffs game on my phone and that was the only issue I had. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly.

Passing through Buellton for a 1 night stay and greeted by cheerful staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was nice. Fairly quiet as it was a week day and left early the next morning. Pleasantly surprised.

I stayed overnight at the Sideways Inn and was very pleased with my experience there. The room (I stayed in Room 234 where Miles and Jack stayed) was clean and the property was well maintained. I was given a $12 food/drink voucher for Sideways Lounge which I used for 2 free drinks. The location was great and in walking distance to both AJ Spurs and the Hitching Post II (both featured in the movie Sideways). The staff were adequate though not very friendly and breakfast consisted of coffee and a donut, so nothing special. I stayed at the hotel after visiting numerous filming sites for the movie. Overall I was very pleased with Buellton and the Sideways Inn and would highly recommend the hotel.

Surprisingly quiet for being closer to the freeway. We stayed on the far side so that may have helped. Staff were very nice, hot tub was hot, can’t complain. Beds were a little hard but comfortable overall.
