The staff were professional & nicely dress for their jobs. Quiet, safe, well lit areas, clean & no one bother me at all while I was there. I did a lot of sleeping & resting with no pne knocking (very peaceful).

When an accident on I 40 delayed my arrival the manager the next day erased my reservation. I was not charged. I did stay else where because the doors closed before I got there.

I'm glad our room was free of cockroaches. I'm not sure how roaches get into an interior room without a functioning window to the outside. So yay no bed bugs either. I'm just happy we didn't see any. We had plenty of flies, I believe. I don't understand how flies get into a working room without a functioning window to the outside, but we had enough flies to consider them roommates. I really don't like having flies landing on my skin at all times, but if the flies were the worst thing, wed be alright. I didn't realize how many people actually lived here, I believed it was more of a motel 6 type of thing. Before I got on a plane to Los Angeles, my kiddo and I needed a cheap place to crash. Its unquestionably difficult to escape from this, but we have exhausted our towels at the end of the day. I'm not joking, but I'm not going back. If you're reading correctly, keep yourself informed. We never got a towel.. We tried to get a towel, and one of the front desk staff member informed me that he was there for the second day because no housekeeper was there and he informed me that the house

When I visit Albuquerque, I always enjoy staying at this property. Ali, Leslie, and Crystalynn, the property manager, make sure that my stay is comfortable, and they always follow through. Leslie and Crystalynn are excellent at communicating with guests, both educated and approachable. These are just a few of the reasons I will always choose to stay at this strategically located hotel.

The parking area was well lit but there were quite a few travelers mingling all night long, but the hotel had security guards and we stayed inside our room. The staff was very helpful and the late check room was clean up to date, with a fully equipped kitchenette.

The title reflects its high quality. And it echoes the excellent customer service I received when I checked into the Siege Select on University in Barque. Which, by the way, was handled promptly and effectively. Sven, the front car driver, misled me as to everything was explained to me in a friendly manner. Sven can demonstrate hero-like hospitality customer service. Me as a person with a severe disability discovered ovens excellent customer service abilities given that I travel throughout the year and travel to hotels because of the types of work I do. After asking sven if he would show me a couple of different room options to suit my disability. Sven went above and beyond and invited me to browse a few different room options. Throughout my stay, I discovered that the property was always maintained to corporate standards in terms of cleanliness and cleanliness. Sven, the hotel's front desk supervisor, has excellent guest relations and communication skills. Everyone on the hotel staff is eager to help with my request. The supervisors ali, leslie, floor, and sven are all approachable, respectful, intelligent, and knowledgeable about their work. Overall, all the personnel makes sure your stay is enjoyable. Security is provided throughout the night to keep the property safe and quiet. The security officer does a fantastic job. The person who runs security will always choose the Siege Select Hotel at University over any Marriott or

Nice clean hotel, has a bad reputation with Uber and Lyft drivers for a place to find drugs. I caught someone using drugs in the laundry facilities.

The hotel is remodeling. Our room was good. The neighbor is not so much. A lot of begging for money outside the hotel. I found it strange that the lobby is closed, doors locked, between 10 pm and 8 am. There was a number to call is something is needed. The outside doors on the side of the building were left unlocked all night. If those get fixed... it will be a nice place.

Its nice to go to a resonably priced hotel and not be surrounded by hookers and drug dealers. We were surprised how quiet it was and how friendly the staff was as well. They also have around the clock security so my girlfriend and myself felt safe knowing that our car wasnt going to get broken into or when we left our room we wouldnt be bombarded by pan handlers and hookers. We stayed at every motel 6 in albuqurque and they wete all over run with hookers,junkies,pimps and drug dealers. Motel 6 was a nightmare compared to siegal. I would highly reccomend staying there.
