We travel a lot and usually stay at budget motels because we like to park right at outr door. This place was like luxury lodging at budget prices. I wish there were more of them across the US! Loved it!

The room was clean, few blemishes, but the plumbing worked, the water pressure was good, the bed was comfy, the air conditioner kept my room cool, the fridge kept my drinks and food cold and I was satisfied completely! I'll stay there again on my next trip to Memphis. =)

Location close to Wolf Chase Shopping Mall [Upscale] which has excellent shopping, eating and entertainment locations. Quality of hotel was excellent and true value for the money. A very enjoyable stay.

One problem with the room is that I was expecting a full size refrigerator. I lost some of my frozen food and secondly I saw a couple of roaches and ants. But other than that it was okay. Oh and one more thing a beer bottle was left by the bed on the floor.

Had a good room. Clean. No one knocking on the door every morning. There was one thing that could use some tidying up; the elevator. Other than than that, was really pleased that there was an elevator at all. Overall location was great. Would use this hotel again. Convenient to various establishments. Felt safe.

While the hotel was adequate, the phone did not work. When I notified the front desk and asked that it be repaired they did nothing. I stayed four days and had no phone because I lost my cell phone in my travels. I was VERY disappointed and had to find a payphone to call my family or ask someone to use their call phone. It was very frustrating.

The rooms are supposed to be non smoking however having people outside the rooms smoking near the airconditioning vents means the room is filled with smoke. Room 112 stunk of cigaretes.

I booked this room last minute on July 4TH. When I got there the hotel said that they were full and hotels.com continued booking reservations even though the hotel had been closed out for the night. He said that hed sent away at least 20 people before me. Nevertheless he went out of his way to find a vacant room for me. The staff was very courteous. The room was small and a bit worn but it suited its purpose for the price. Id stay there again.
