We spent three nights at the silversmith. We were greeted warmly and with excellent service from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. No one gave me a kind greeting before I went away or returned. The lovely woman running the bar was very accommodating and kind and gave me great restaurant suggestions for my first trip to Chicago. It makes everything so easy and highly recommend valet parking. The room was roomy, nicely arranged for the four of us, and spotless. The location is superbly convenient because there are so many activities and restaurants nearby which is easy to walk, or it is very simple to use public transportation or take a taxi. We were able to watch a christmas carol performance at the Goodman Theatre, eat delicious pizza at pianos, skate at the ice ribbon at Maggiedale Park, and so much more! All within easy walking distance. While visiting Chicago, we did many more things, but our stay at the silversmith set the tone for a fantastic trip. Without a doubt, we will return!.

The hotel was gorgeous, the hotel was well-kept, and the personnel was kind and accommodating. Thank you very much to Enrique and his nighttime staff for helping us to reattach a side mirror.

The staff at the Silversmith were really hospitable. Enrique, Patricia, and Victor were exceptional. The manager was also great when we encountered a minor issue. The location was perfect for our short stay. Will be back!

I would recommend the silversmith to everyone. The room was lovely, clean, and well maintained. The bellhop, Enrique, accelerated our arrival and departure like a real professional. He saw our car pull up when we were leaving and he already removed our luggage.

When I got there, we were given the gift of a wonderful vacation, including the opening night of the Thanksgiving parade, which included a performance from my nephew's school band. victor, the silversmith manager, and his other colleagues, make sure that we are feeling safe. The young woman's attitude wasn't at all upbeat and wouldn't hesitate to answer my questions. She was kind, considerate and supportive of my two small children. He checked on us at every turn of our trip to make us safe.
