Clean, cozy, and close to town. Our room was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable king bed, in-room microwave, and fridge. There were complimentary snacks, coffee makers, and bottled water on the door. The refrigerator also contained soda and more bottled water ($1 honor system. ) we didn't give the place 5 stars. Even though our room was exceptionally clean, the ac filter and separate heater vents were filthy. The absence of grab handles in the bath tub was the other issue that could be for the elderly or infirm. No excuse for management, if housekeeping staff can keep rooms as tidy as ours, maintenance staff should be able to open and clean the evac at least a few times a year in a 20-room motel. I might be ocd, but I find dirty evac in about half the motels I stay in and this really annoys me. If it weren't for this one inconvenience, I would have given this motel five stars.

This is an old-fashioned motel that has a direct parking space. So you don't have to worry about shared spaces and COVID-19 risks. This is a clean family-run hotel. Outdoor swimming pool was a plus. Also has outdoor seating, so we could gather friends for dinner and eat out. Just a few minutes from Skantele Lake and Village Stores. A peaceful place to stay.

This place is very strategic, and it is close to the town center and restaurants in Auburn. It has a clean, affordable, and friendly service. The pool was big and clean, which made it a good place to stay with children. The mattress was quite comfortable for a motel. Definitely going back here.
