I booked the wrong date by exactly one week. Did not know this until I checked in. The desk manager handled it immediately despite the property being near full. It was on a no refund agreement so his actions saved me money. When I arrived the room was very cool and spotless. The room was cleaned daily and expertly. The continental breakfast was fresh and tasty.

The location is not far from the interstate and with great views, this is surrounded by good landscaping rather than fast food places. Friendly staff, clean facilities in excellent repair, coffee, fridge, and microwave in the room. Breakfast was pretty bad but also with plenty of coffee. We had to leave before breakfast was served at 630 on our second visit, so it didn't matter.

I had a terrible experience with my air conditioner. I went to the front desk and asked to be moved. She informed me they were completely filled. Good luck. The accommodations are excellent. However, the morning is mediocre. A greasy sausage biscuit is the only protein they offer. I declined their offer of peanut butter, hard-boiled eggs, yogurt cups, and bananas. They only offer little Nutrigrain bars made of yogurt cups and bananas. No oranges, apples, or other fruit, although they provide tiny Nutrigrain bars. I was astonished. There are 73 rooms here, and only one elevator. Good luck with that. I climbed the stairs going up, the stairs on the floor, and the elevator up. When it can easily fit 68, the sign on the elevator door says only two persons. Good luck with the WiFi as well. There is a placard on the desk with instructions for calling tech support for connecting. I never did. I inquired who owned this property, and the man responded that it was a large corporation. I wouldn't let my wife remain here. All the best.

I got a fantastic rate here on the internet, and except for the bad breakfast, everything worked great. Nice, large rooms and amenities. Very competent and friendly staff. Hot water even on the top floor.
