I had a nice time there and would definitely stay here again. I stayed in one of the deluxe suites. The balcony is directly in front of the living room. Great place to sit in the early morning if you want some sun and later in the day if you want a little shade. With a sink, dishes, and silverware. There is a separate bedroom with a ceiling fan and a queen bed. The water pressure and temperature were ideal for the shower. There are two outdoor and indoor pools and a hot tub just outside of the indoor pool area. There is a lovely patio with cozy chairs as well. The patio includes a gas grill for use, tables to eat, and gas firepits. The setting is ideal. A few eateries and stores are within easy walking distance. Sister bay is just over the hill and a short drive. Ephraim is down the hill. Why 57 is just up the road for an easy trip over to Bailey Harbor.

On our first trip to Door County, my boyfriend and I spent a night in a whirlpool suite. We specifically stayed here because of the price of a room with a whirlpool tub, and the room did not disappoint! We didn't use the indoor or outdoor pool because we only stayed one night, but we definitely would have if our trip had been longer. We also didn't bring pets, but we appreciated that one of the buildings was pet-friendly! There was plenty of parking, the room was clean, nicely decorated, a comfortable temperature, and quiet. The entire suite appeared large and we appreciated the kitchenette area and the two televisions. The bed was a decent size and was cozy. All of the staff members we interacted with were pleasant. The soap smell was the only thing I didn't love. I did not see an elevator to the second floor, so if you are disabled or have a lot of heavy luggage you may need to request the ground floor. The electrical outlets near the bed were also limited, so if you want to charge your phone next to you at night, you could bring an extension cord. Last but not least, the majority of the suite was lit by lamps. If you enjoy very bright rooms and lots of overhead light, you may think the room is a bit dark. We stayed here on June 1216, 2022. Our 12-year-old granddaughter and her best friend were with us. The inn offers both an outdoor and indoor pool as well as a new fire pit. While we were there, it was cool, so the girls used the front pool every evening. Angie and Matt and their employees were very kind and accommodating. The inn was wonderful and had a wonderful family atmosphere, so we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. This will be our first option on our return trips to Door County.

We will return! Wonderful motel that is quiet and soothing. wellkept and pet-friendly. Indoor and outdoor pools are available. There is a lovely indoor hot tub. We arrived later than we had anticipated, tired and hungry. The receptionist helped us by demonstrating the vending area where we could purchase pizza and sharing the information about some of the local restaurants and activities. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home. This motel is ideal for being a base for exploring the area.
