This is a large hotel with a big suite. It has a resort feel. It also has a great atmosphere, a great location to sit outside with a fire pit at night. The staff are always friendly and always have a great smile on their face. Honestly, I don't know how they always remember my name.

Ive been living here for the past year as a travel nurse helping with the Couid pandemic at Torrance Memorial in the small company of Mary, and I just finished my last contract at the milk hospital. Hotel panorama I really like the layout of this hotel because it reminds me of my apartment complex. Keep in mind this hotel does not have elevators, and I love that parking was right in front of my room. When I first checked in, I was disappointed that my room was on the third level because I was told all of the longterm residents were on the first floor. Once the first floor became available, I was able to move my room, and thats where I met my off. She was also a nurse at Torrance Memorial Hospital. To be honest, I think this entire motel is all doctors or nurses as Ive seen the same faces in scrubs in the breakfast area the past year. The staff is small but powerful! I spoke with almost every single member of the staff and they were all very helpful. About 6 months ago, I left some pastries out over the weekend and my room had so many ants, so I called the maintenance guy and he addressed my concerns and the housekeeping staff even helped clean up the mess. I am so spoiled here! Nurses contact the sales manager for the best rates, dont book online shell gives you the best rate and dont forget to sign up

I had bad experience when staying here. The room was terrible. The furniture was so dated and the carpet was so worn out. The facility was very bad, the staff was very friendly. The kitchen is not functional, even the restaurant was very unreliable.
