I am staying in a lake forest location. Its incredibly convenient. The front desk staff, especially chris, were extremely helpful in reaching out to me on my travels and providing excellent customer service since then. They also provide amazing cleaning and newly renovated suits with kitchens. I cant wait to return home.

Our company has been using this hotel for all 40 of our relocating associates over the past year, including our associate who moved from out of the country, and they have been nothing but outstanding from beginning to end. Our associate found the property comfortable for their twoweek stay, as well as the staff very helpful and friendly. We will continue to do business with this establishment and would definitely recommend it.

A little biased review due to hotel renovations. As an ihg platinum member, the front desk was very kind and friendly and tried to help as best he could especially since we were in town to see a concert ten minutes away. We didnt get sent to the upper level suite as usual as we would, but we got sent into the first level rooms which were plenty enough. Clean. Standard room. Nothing more than youd expect. Does the job for waking up early and getting slept well.

This location was enjoyable for me. It was quite far from the main road, yet it felt far enough away that i didnt notice any traffic or anything. I spent Saturday and Sunday there just for fun and had a great time. The room was spacious, and the bed was cozy. Because the air conditioning unit broke down overnight on the first night and they relocated me because they had trouble getting it to work again, the only reason ive not enjoyed it five stars was because the second room wasnt particularly clean, but it was small enough that im able to overlook it for ten nights sleep (dust, dirty dishes, mirrors smudged, unemptied waste basket nothing disgusting there). The staff was pleasant, accommodating, friendly. Would return.

This hotel is highly recommended when visiting lake forest or nearby areas. We had previously stayed here. The front desk personnel was still very accommodating and friendly, the rooms were clean and smelled really fresh when we entered, even though we arrived late. Even the tv remote was wrapped for sanitation. After three days of stay, we discovered that my sister had left her phone in the room when she left it halfway through la. When we spoke with the hotel right away, they answered our calls. They kept my sisters phone safe, and when you returned, your phone was handed to us. I appreciate their sincerity. Bravo to all of their employees!

Clean, has a mostly full kitchen, i have stocked my room with utensils, and it appears to have recently undergone renovation. It is fantastic that there is tad more for each stay than the pet fee. Most places around here charge for both pets and each pet per night. There is free laundry and jogging facility, but that doesnt interest me. I would like to add that the inroom appliances were laughable. The televised television was nice, however, the coffee pot took 45 minutes to drip 5 cups, while the toaster burned everything we put in it, which was also strangely unappealing, although that is such remark. We did, though, just purchase obscene to use during our stay. During my nearly monthlong stay, im loving the hotel the entire time. Wish ive been longer. Hell, even if he had signed feces on the property!.

The room is very clean and convenient for business trips, trips and personal tours. It is also very close to casco, Chinese restaurants and American fast food restaurants.

I stayed for three weeks. Particularly arlena, the staff was attentive and helpful. My room was contemporary, some furniture was damaged. Nice tv, lighting, and lots of outlets. I only saw one usb outlet, but it didnt work. No big deal. It contained soap, body wash, shampoo, towels, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher packs, cooking utensils, paper towels. A nice, compact gym. Free laundry. You must bring more towels down to the front desk if you want them. Would stay again. There is also free parking at the plant. 5 minutes from the freeway. Quiet setting.

It used to be a candlewood suites hotel, and it has many of the same managers. The daytime staff is friendly and helpful. At night, it is very strict, but friendly or helpful in the evening. Prices are very competitive, however, the deposit is $100. You must use id card. Best part is the laundry is free with 5 washers and 6 dryers. For people on the road its definitely worth the stay. I recommend staying at this hotel in lake forest.

We had a great time in our room. I wasnt expecting such deluxe amenities and sexy accommodations. Although we reserved for two days, we could have stayed there for essentially ten days if we needed to. A spacious sleeping area, sanitary, and fully equipped kitchen are all present. Without denying, im going to stay with them again.

At 98 dollars per night, this place was excellent. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Hal was gracious enough to offer to move us to a nonadjacent room if we wanted to. This location is unbeatable for the price. Additionally, the food options are significantly better than what it appears to be on their website!.

The room is peaceful and pleasant. There are two closets of a decent size, and the restroom is also sized well. However, it needs some improvement in cleaning. I discovered trash under the seat, while the dishes were filthy. The staff has been helpful and friendly. It would be nice if there was i had stayed longer. Im on vacation and dont want to work out in the gym. Never have ive been to tavern where you must take out your own trash and they dont offer room service unless you stay for ten days. But ill say its fine.

Its rare to hear positive things about a hotel. Usually, it is just tv and merely laying around. However, this was incredibly nice place with ice maker, fridge, and kitchen in the rooms freezer. They were really accommodating when we called for resolving if we had gotten stranded and needed i checked out late, even though we got mangled. We were very happy with our stay. Thats what youd expect from ten years of lodging.

My family and i came here, and the room experience wasnt very good. Im hoping it was an isolated incident, but the staff assured me it would be taken care of. The staff was now very kind and welcoming from the moment ive arrived. I felt like a home away from family, making everything as calm and relaxing as possible. There is confidence that the issue will be resolved and im happy to return in the future to try this hotel again provided the same staff continues to work here. They are what made my visit at least somewhat worthwhile, so if they were still working here then ill stay here again. When we came in at night and were there the next afternoon, there was he older man who helped. And always swabs for young women who also helped out. Although despite the fact that you may have only offered towels, you also made evocative. Thank you for the heartwarming assistance that made me feel at home.

We are very happy to be able to stay at this hotel. This hotel is suitable for pets. Our room was very nice, looks like it has been recently updated. They offer free washers and dryers for those staying for long periods. The only complaint we have is that our ac doesnt work. Thank goodness it wasnt hot on our second night!.

I had a great experience at this place. The free laundry was excellent for me. Frontload washers are ideal! There is plenty of parking, but i did not see anyone mention that you pay hefty $7 per night for it. At least it surprised me when he saw it there. So remember to add $7 to whatever your final price is. Its probably worth it, however, ive never heard of taverns or motels charging guests to park their cars there when renting rented rooms.

I would stay here again without any questions. I had all the creature comforts i needed. In the little kitchen, ill prepare whole meals. Nearby groceries and a good butcher. Lots of parking and free laundry. Bring your fabric softener and detergent! Although there isnt eos pool, it doesnt require one. Excellent value for the money!.
