Rooms are large. Front desk was very pleasant. A little older hotel, but coffee in room, plenty of towels, and plenty of soap and shampoo. Excellent chairs to sit by pool.

This will be the 2nd time we stayed. The hotel is older but I’m great shape. The staff is awesome, they are all friendly. The breakfast is pretty good fresh fruit. Eggs bacon and sausage. Pretty much a little of everything. Our room was huge a nice king bed with four pillows and an ocean view. with a balcony. They served our last minute needs as this wasn’t a vacation for us.

I stayed 5 nights. Most importantly, every member of the staff was approachable, helpful, friendly and interested. The beds were nice; bathrooms clean; plumbing strong; breakfast was great; fresh coffee, no charge, 24/7 in the lobby; outstanding views from the top floor. Even the street-side rooms have a view of the ocean. The sunset over the city is just outside your door on the open hallway. Sunrise on the beach is easily viewed from the courtyard on the beach if you have a street-side room. The hotel was full, but quiet. Use the parking lot or the underground garage! Some negatives: no laundry machines, but a great laundromat across the street. Only one elevator was working and that stopped for a couple hours on the second day- the 7th floor was a hike! There are ongoing repairs from the previous storm. The entrance/exit from the street is steep, oddly undulated for the angle of entrance, and paved with a “patio brick” - I’m glad I did not ever approach or exit in the rain - no experience, but might it be slick? There is a “U-Turn” in the street, right a way for heading the opposite direction; traffic was light.

This was a wonderful hotel. Couldn't beat the location and the price. It was nice , clean and comfortable. I will stay here again.
