A fantastic family-friendly hotel, The kids loved the indoor pool, and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. It’s in a very safe area with easy access to great local restaurants and attractions. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Twin Falls!"👍

AMAZING!! We would 100% stay again!! The facility is beautiful and clean. Its brand new and the staff was incredible. Everyone went above and beyond for us all week. Extremely friendly and helpful staff! The pool was a huge hit with my kids, kept them busy all weekend. The breakfast was great! And the owner is literally the most amazing kind and genuine man. He made sure all the kids are safe and taken care during their stay! Thanks for providing my family with such a great experience! Seriously so impressed with this place. Also the beds and bedding were so nice and comfortable. Way better than your typical hotel beds!! And the rooms are extremely large and spacious, accommodating our family with room for our baby's bed and toddler to be himself. Lol We had 5 of us in the room and it was fantastic. For sure coming back for more fun!!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel was brand new…so everything was new and clean. I noticed a few things that weren’t finished (in the section that’s open), and some construction debris (but I’m in construction, so the average person probably wouldn’t notice). The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the pool area and water slides were enjoyed greatly by my whole family. The breakfast was great as well.

The lady who helped us check in was very friendly but very very slow at getting us finally checked in. Breakfast was delicious, pool and slide area fantastic! There are NO CURTAINS on the windows in the rooms! Very bright from street lights all night long and s soon as the sun came up it was like day light in the room. The floors are so thin that any time anyone walked around on upper floors, you could hear it. The entire second floor seemed to consist of kids same literally all night long we heard banging, jumping and running. I think the room above us was just kids and they were wrestling and jumping off bunk beds all nite long. Very little sleep was had. If you stay there, ask for upper floor. Bed was comfy, food was tasty, pool was great, just no sleep if you are on a bottom floor.

The water slide just changed hours to 3pm-8pm. I called ahead and was told 8-8. Was a total bummer it was changed the day we came without being notified about the change.

Staff over booked the hotel and we were stranded without a place to stay during a softball tournament. Our kids were absolutely heartbroken.
