Front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. I felt welcomed from the time I checked in to when I checked out.

The room was clean and super comfortable. The housekeeping staff, front desk, and valets are super friendly and helpful. When I checked in they pointed me in the direction of the park 4th Bluff to watch the fireworks and we had a great view. We were also within walking distance to the Bass Pro Pyramid and several other places. There is not much in the way of parking especially for overnight guests. I hadn't intended to use valet parking but walking blocks and putting it in a parking garage didn't seem to make sense since the lots charged very nearly the same price for an overnight stay. Breakfast was great and they offered a variety of foods that my kids would actually eat. All in all a great stay.

A nice place in a good, walkable downtown location. Room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast is better than most hotels. The morning we were there the breakfast area was very busy, but the staff were keeping everything supplied, including the hot dishes.

Room was fine not any different than other hotels ( coffee pot needs attention). but it’s the friendly and professional attitude of the entire staff, from the front desk to valets and breakfast staff that we enjoyed. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Location in proximity to activities and local sights is perfect. Thank you

They should tell you that it’s valet parking only before hand… but besides that the hotel was beautiful with a great view of Main Street

The property was very nice, vlise to Beal Street and great restaurants. Only thing is you must use the valet service. That i don't like. That is the only reason I will not choose this hotel again

This hotel is in the perfect location for all the activities you want to enjoy. With the Trolley, and Court St. Park at your front door, and Tom Lee Park to the rear, you won't need a car. Beale Street is on the Trolley line, as is the Orpheus Theater. Well worth checking out if you love convenience. Five Stars.
