Lovely hotel with breakfast included! A real bonus and great start to the day. We booked a room with a city view and wow what a view. This hotel was perfectly placed for us to use as a base for sight seeing with the subway nearby. Would definitely book again - I wouldn't trawl through other hotels, I'd go straight for it. It had everything we needed. Really nice hotel and great value for money!

Wir durften in der 42. Etage einen wahnsinnig tollen Ausblick auf New York (Empire State Building, Madison Square Garden, The Edge,…) genießen. Der Aufenthalt war dadurch einfach nur fantastisch. Auch sonst waren die Zimmer sehr modern! Fahrstühle fuhren auch relativ oft und schnell. Maximal zu den Stoßzeiten ggf mal eine Wartezeit von max. 5min. Aber wir hatten mit weitaus mehr gerechnet, weshalb wir positiv überrascht davon waren. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung. Hatten immer einen Sitzplatz bekommen. Subway übrigens direkt am Blockende und daher perfekte Lage vom Hotel.

The hotel was excellent and well-priced (by NYC standards). The higher level rooms have great views. The breakfast was hectic and crowded with ample food but few fresh fruit and whole grain bread options.

Hôtel très bien placé en étant au calme dans une rue de magasin florale. La literie très agréable très épaisse les serviettes de toilette changees chaque jour et le lit refait, la vue au 45e étage superbe, vue sur la ville et statue de la liberté en fond. Chambre et hotel tres propre, décoration soignée. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Personnel tres aimable et en nombre.

A estadia foi muito boa, o quarto era bom, a localização excelente. O café da manhã excelente, apesar de sempre lotado. A única coisa que é problemática são os elevadores que estão sempre lotados e demoram muito tempo nos horários da manhã.

Les chambres bien que petites pour 4, sont très propres et modernes. Le personnel passe tous les jours faire les chambres ce qui est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très bon. Point bonus pour les boites à disposition qui nous permettaient d’emporter des bagels par exemple. Personnel très agréable et disponible. Je recommande, excellent rapport qualité/prix !

Excellent hotel the breakfast is fantastic. And it’s walkable to Madison Square Garden 2 Times Square plus you can drive into the city with your vehicle and they park it for you obviously for an extra fee, but it was very convenient versus taking the train from Connecticut.

Good location in Chelsea, 5-min walk from Penn station. Decent-size room for NYC and great view from my room (26th floor), Breakfast was great with good variety and staff are very friendly.
