I’ve stayed here 2-3 times and will continue my only ask is can the guest get a better price for parking $40/nightly is beyond me. Staff is friendly and rooms have been cleaned thus far.

Excellent location! Right across from Spectrum Center and within walking distance of many restaurants. Beautiful building, well kept, nice clean rooms, comfy beds and linens. Breakfast room on 2nd floor.

I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites Charlotte. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. One thing I really appreciated was how quiet the hotel was. Since it's not located directly in the middle of the city, it offered a much more peaceful atmosphere while still being conveniently located. The bed was also very comfortable and made it easy to get a great night's sleep. Breakfast was good and had a decent variety, although I would have liked to see a few more vegetarian options available. The check out process was quick and hassle free, which made leaving for the airport very easy. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte.

I had a great stay at SpringHill Suites Charlotte City Center. The hotel was very clean, modern, and conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, and downtown attractions. The staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and how easy it was to get around the city from this location. The breakfast options were also a nice bonus in the mornings. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Charlotte.

Our stay at the SpringHill Suites was quite pleasant. While it was simply an overnight stay for a concert at Spectrum Arena, we were very happy with our room, the amenities, and the convenience of parking at the hotel and walking across the street to the venue. The staff was very pleasant, engaging, and helpful. Each time we encountered a member of staff, the interaction was positive. I highly recommend the SpringHill Suites for anyone visiting the area.
