We spent the night here visiting friends and exploring the area. The motel is very clean and in excellent condition. It looks as though the hotel is almost new or has recently undergone renovations. The staff was friendly. Springhill suites is one of marriott's most loved low-cost brands.

I arrived at the Springhill suites on May 27, 2022, with my 3-yearold daughter. Although clean, our room was in need of serious renovations. Red in one spot and pink in another. These were extremely large stains to the point that the carpet needed to be replaced. We remained in room 332. The gentleman who assisted us at checking was really kind and moved us from the elevator so it would not be noisy. The room is big enough for a family. I told the gentleman at check in that I would order another night. I requested the same room. He said this was no problem and they weren't full on Saturday May. He informed me that he would make a note on my account. The next day at 1 a. M. I got a knock on the door. Housekeeping was asking when I was leaving. I walked outside and told them I wasn't checking out but was staying another night. I saw one of the housekeepers texting someone as I opened the door. No greeting, hello Mardi Mccain. I told him I spoke to dylan the day before and that I was going to book another night and check their reservation and notes. He grumbled something and hung up. It was a less than ideal scenario. Im sure the gentleman on the phone has anger issues, but he should leave them at home and do not take them out

We stayed for three nights and loved the hotel! The entire hotel lobby, pool, patio, and rooms are pristine! This must be one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in! The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, 10 minutes to downtown Grand Forks and the College. This is the place to stay in Grand Forks!.

We stayed for 5 nights at a hotel May check out early in July. The first room the pool area was immaculate. We were particularly impressed with the girl I believe name Calrollyynesp. She gave her room to my mother sister who lives nearby, which was earlier than anyone at the Hampton Suites across the street. They believed her to be better than the Hampton Suites across the street! She was there a lot during our stay and has excellent customer service. I'll always stay at Springhill, especially if she's there.

The only place we stay is the hotel. The room is tidy and clean with modern furniture and a fresh odor. The only negative things here are the very polite and welcoming employee who helped me to cancel the stay.
