This is a very warm welcome Marriott hotel, the cleanliness is very neat and efficient, and the beds are very comfortable. The shower products are good and the rooms are large, but also the ambiance is really nice. I would have liked foam pillows, but overall this is a great hotel!

We were able to quickly change hotels from another Marriott hotel by the airport that had some very unfavorable reviews thanks to Victoria Fox Sales. Victoria worked with our tour travel agents and was able to accommodate our group of 13 rooms at Springhill and the sister propertyhampton inn. The art van complexbaseball, shopping, restaurants, and highway access are all conveniently close to the hotel. It also has a nice lobby area, where you can enjoy company with the team without staying in a hotel room. If we ever find ourselves in Grand Rapids for baseball again, this will be our first option! The only complaint was that the double bed was the correct size, and most families would like queen beds.

We are staying here again for the second time. The location is perfect for our activities in the area. There is an excellent breakfast available. Nice accommodations, friendly, accommodating personnel. The only problem we had this year was that when we first arrived, housekeeping had not cleaned the refrigerator of the previous guests and when we opened the refrigerator, the smell of rotting food was awful. The next day, housekeeping picked up all of our towels and left none. Even though we left the coffee maker's drawer open to make sure they knew we had used it, they still left some coffee packets for the next day in the in-room coffee maker. On this trip, housekeeping did not fulfill their usual routine. This was easily resolved by traveling to the front desk!

It's like being in a hideous place but very helpful at check-in. The room was quiet and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was not so wide as in the previous, but there were so many options that nobody would have hunger. The front desk clerk helped us to find a Mexican restaurant that served excellent food nearby.
