Staff are wonderful - caring, knowledgeable, and kind. Breakfast is full of choices and good food - fantastic. Free washers and dryers for clothing. Big rooms. Allowed our 2 cats, but they cost $150 for 2 weeks.

I’ve stayed at some really nice places, but this was by far probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, welcoming, and absolutely beautiful! From the lobby, hallways, to the room we stayed in. If we’re ever back in Columbus, we’re definitely staying at this Staybridge location. The only con I have is that some of the silverware was dirty, but we didn’t use any of the dishes and even if we did, we would have washed them anyway before using.
