As you approach this location, all doors are locked and you have to call to get in. After the call someone came and helped us bring the luggage to the outside entrance on the second floor! The hallway was filled with antiquated items. The staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean. Everything worked. Ice in the refer in the kitchen. Also, coffee and breakfast items in the morning in the kitchen. The next morning we visited an antique shop open by appointment only downstairs. This was in the former lobby, which also had a bank vault! Overall, the experience was good and different!.

The hotel is very old and could use some upkeep. The staff is very nice and the hotel has a pleasant feel for the time, however, it still needs some general cleaning and updating. Ceiling holes from leaking, ceiling lights missing bulbs, carpet shampooed, and other issues. There are also steps outside to all upstairs rooms, no elevator. It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be troublesome for someone unsuspecting. offered coffee, juice, a basic granola bar, and a muffinstyle breakfast.

This place is very nice and old, but it has been renovated well to give the atmosphere of an old-time. We were welcomed by a very nice man and his dog Luna, I forgot the man name, but they are really kind and helpful! You have to climb a good set of stairs, so if stairs aren't your friend, consider it or fight it out, they're not that bad.

This place looks unkempt and dirty. The owner was kind. I saw a bullet on the floor, the place smelled dusty, the smell was like weed. The bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. The carpet didn't seem to have been vacuumed for months. There's only one face towel that is hanging in the bathroom. The new towels that are provided have stained. The condition of the bed is not clean. The walls were not clean. The place was very dirty and neglected by tenants and owners.
