I stay at Stone Soup Inn whenever we travel. I have seen some doobies! The best place we have stayed is in every way, in my opinion. The staff, Duane, Nikki, and Pam went above and beyond to meet our requests. They immediately responded when I needed an additional washcloth. They have embroidered washcloths! Our room was lovely, clean, and extremely comfy. The proprietor spared no effort arranging for artsandcraft furniture and decor for every room, and it is not a cheap undertaking. There was plenty of space for us to gather with the family members we have encountered there. When we sat down for a glass of wine at the end of the night, the employees even played jazz for us. It was incredible to stroll around the neighborhood to see all the beautifully restored homes. The continental breakfasts were robust and excellent. We had become like family when we left after a night of rest. This staff didnt appear pretentious, they wanted to make our stay memorable. Choose Stone soup inn for your next trip to Indianapolis, youll love it!.

Recently we stayed and had a great time. Dwayne is a joy who is helpful and friendly. As the website states, some rooms share bathrooms, so choose wisely if that is a concern for you. There are a lot of places for a few people to gather for breakfast or card playing. Breakfast is a basket that is left at the door at 8 am due to culture restrictions. It would be fine if you stayed for just a night, but for a more extended stay some variety would have been nice instead of the daily danish and muffins, perhaps a croissant or a bagel. The daily coffee pods are fantastic and comfortable. Parking is right outside the front door and is a very nice walking area. The garage food hall is nearby and good.

I stayed here on a business trip, and since I enjoy older properties, I adored the character and character of the location. Dwayne the innkeeper is incredibly welcoming and accommodating. My accommodation was quite cozy, the inn's location is close to the town center when I'm not there, and the breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. I'll stay here again, rather than a downtown hotel.

My son and I stayed here for one weekend and had the best experience ever! The house was both lovely on the outside and inside. Molly and Dwayne were very nice, Molly gave us several restaurant recommendations, Dwayne even chatted with my son and saved me a coke, I can never express my gratitude enough for that I adore my caffeine. We stayed in the craftsman room and shared a bathroom with the friendliest couple, and after we chatted, we even exchanged emails. Breakfast had a wide variety. It was quiet and relaxing, and I enjoyed reading upstairs in the sitting area. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit Indianapolis.
