Sink was a dirty from the last people there and since tower 3 privately owned. There is no room cleaning day to day and no extra towls. Tub needed to be re-caulked and a couple of patches on the wall are needed.Tried to call but no reply.Otherwise room was great and enjoyed the view.

I felt this was a bait-and-switch experience. I specifically booked a strip-view room but was assigned a backside view instead, which was disappointing. The property itself feels dated and could benefit from upgrades, particularly in areas like carpeting and bathroom fixtures. I also noticed stains on the bedsheets, which raised concerns about cleanliness. That said, I want to recognize the valet team—they were outstanding. The staff was attentive, efficient, and clearly worked very hard to provide excellent service. Their professionalism was a highlight of the stay.

Everything from horrendous, from the check-in process to non-existent room maintenance and extremely unhelpful staff. I did not know that the unit I was checking into was privately owned, as it doesn't state that anywhere on my itinerary or receipt. Upon check in, the front desk clerk informed me that I was only booked for one night instead of the three. He absolutely refused to help me and said that since I did not book directly with the hotel, there was nothing he could do. I spent the next 2.5 hours extremely stressed and on the phone with various Expedia agents and hotel property staff to get my situation resolved. As well, since it was a privately owned suite, I could not get a new room when it was dirty on arrival. There was no room service available, and zero housekeeping. I spoke with various managers on property and none of them were helpful and the front desk staff were extremely condescending and rude. Would absolutely not recommend anyone stay here unless the terms and conditions were made clear, which in my case was not. Abhorrent!!

Unable to stay at the property. Booked the trip in February for Memorial Day weekend. Changed my flight arrival to accommodate the check-in window of 330pm-430pm ( which was an extra cost of $145 per person). Arrived at the resort and my reservation was not found in the system. I even made every attempt to reach the property 24 hours before the check in time as instructed per the reservation but was unable to reach anyone. Not sure where the ball was dropped but we wasted 3+ hours trying to check in and then make new reservations with Travelocity at another property. Ended up staying at Planet Hollywood. The staff at the front desk were nice, but just unable to resolve our issue. Travelocity were able to find us another hotel nearby however was just disappointing as we were looking forward to staying at this property for the convenience of location and the access to the MGM pool area (the kids were so excited for this). I don’t think I will attempt to make reservations here again in the future. The whole experience was too stressful and a waste of time.

They oversold and cancelled the reservation on us. They did not provide for alternative arrangements and sent us away at midnight blaming us and a third party reservation agent. And did not provide refund. I had stayed there dozens of times before. They randomly rent via condo owner services and badly disclose and treat you like a third class citizen. I will never stay there again.
