Room was very nice and well maintained. The water pressure was the best I have ever had at a hotel before. Staff was super nice and helpful! Just wish it would have had a washer dryer available as well as ice machine. Spent a lot of time on the very nice beach across the street. Definitely recommend

Excellent location near the pier, directly on the sand, and shopping not far. The room was totally clean and the bed was awesome too. Walked to the beach which was right behind their pool. Awesome place. Thanks!!

Vicki and the staff at the property were awesome to work with. Check in was simple and quick. When I walked in the room i was very pleased with the decor, and the room itself. It was perfect for my stay. Clean, comfortable and cozy. I found the property on short notice and I was more than pleased. When I'm back in the area I will definitely make plans there.

Although the property felt a bit dated it was clean and I felt safe. The ac was super cold and the ocean was visible from the front window. Our room was listed as having a kitchen but only had a microwave available. Other than that it was a great stay.

The only issue we had was we couldn’t use the tub to take a bath bc there wasn’t a way to keep the water in the tub. Other than that this place was excellent!

This review will probably surprise some people because the other reviews were actually very good, which is exactly why we booked it. Still, when you first pull up to the property, you honestly wonder if you made a huge mistake. The outside is definitely not impressive and, at first glance, a little intimidating. That said, once we got inside, our opinion completely changed. The rooms were great. Our Queen Deluxe room had recently been remodeled and included a full kitchen, not just a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, the shower was fabulous, and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows already stocked in the room. Check-in was more similar to a VRBO or Airbnb setup than a traditional hotel, which actually worked out just fine. One thing we appreciated was that if you smoke, there were two chairs and an ashtray set up outside along the walkway. It was clear they preferred people use those instead of tossing cigarette butts around the property, which we respected. We are an older couple, and our neighbors were as well, so we ended up sitting outside in the evenings having drinks and talking together, which made for a really relaxing atmosphere. The “beach view” from the reviews was not exactly what we pictured, but the beach was directly across the street with an open lot between, so you could still see the sunrise over the ocean perfectly. It was fully stocked up and I was happy to stay with you. The staff was great and friendly. They were very helpful. I will be coming back to stay with studio 1 when I have vacation time. I would recommend you to anyone who would like to go to Daytona Beach.
