Very cool space central to downtown Nashville and extensive choices for food, nightlife, entertainment and Nissan Stadium. The kitchenette is thoughtfully stocked and updated. Minibar is appreciated. The amenities (products/robes) are good quality. Bonus points for the fully stocked coffee bar near the elevators available 24/7. And the roof deck overlooking the river and stadium is amazing. Great place for an escape from the crowds and the street. My room was without windows, but it didn’t feel claustrophobic. Management was excellent about communicating check in and other instructions since the entry is keyless and technical. I loved my stay here and would choose it again as a chic, luxury property.

The digital key access was very challenging, we kept getting kicked out of the app every night we would get back to the room. Once we got a normal room key the room was much more enjoyable.

From the minute we arrived the whole experience was just amazing and easy. The hotel exceeded our expectations and was our favourite hotel on our entire trip. The team especially Michael and Lorraine were the most friendly and accomodating people and absolutely nothing was an issue. If you are staying in Nashville ONLY stay at Studio 154 Luxury Hotel for the best experience. The location is perfect with everything in walking distance. Can not wait to visit again and stay at Studio 154 - Thank you so much for making our time in Nashville so amazing.

This was an excellent hotel, clean, spacious, quiet, yet still in the heart of all the action. Great coffee, and beautiful rooftop deck. Absolutely our new home away from home when we visit Nashville. Yes, they also have a mini bar, snacks, and comfy robes.

The location is the absolute best! The rooftop patio for a coffee in the morning looking over the river is awesome! Rooms are beautiful with exposed brick! The no window is strange to say the least, but we weren't hanging out there!

The location was amazing! Just a block down from Broadway, and 2nd Street also has so much to do. The hotel room was huge, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had views of the river. We had two kings and a pullout couch. The couch was quirky, but we figured it out. The front desk workers were helpful. The walls seem to be a bit thin, and we could hear conversations clearly from the next room, but we left the AC fan on constant and that blocked it all out. Mel’s drive-in just next-door was great for breakfast. The rooftop area has great views and was a nice place to hang out. Would definitely return:)

Love staying at this property. It’s in a prime location very close and convenient to restaurants and nightlife. The property is nice and clean. The staff is very attentive and always accommodating. I enjoy staying here and plan on staying here consistently whenever I visit Nashville. Joanne was very accommodating.

PROS: Great location. Plenty of food options right outside the property. The hotel was within walking distance of Broadway, bars, restaurants, and shops. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Staff was friendly. CONS: You have to download an app to check in and get a Bluetooth key. If your phone dies, you'd better hope security is around to try to let you in. You have to use this Bluetooth key to get into the property, into the elevator, into the building, and then into your room.

I booked Studio 154 for a girls’ trip with my two daughters and my younger sister, and overall we had a great stay. The booking process was easy and very user-friendly. Downloading the app was simple as well, though I would note that anyone who isn’t very tech-savvy might need a little help completing everything required before check-in. One feature I really loved was that the room key is available right in the app, and that was super convenient. Whenever we needed extra towels or had questions, I could just message through the app, and the staff responded quickly every time. The room itself was clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept so well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend staying here.
