This place is not recommended. This place has many extendedstay lodgers, so in some ways it might seem like a slow apartment complex with comparable clientele, service, and environment. But when you have the expectations straight in your head, that is half the battle. Checkin went well, however there are a lot of rooms and only one or two people to check you in, so you can put up a line. The agent was pleasant enough, and we moved to our large, but underwhelming room. The room was fairly clean, but there were a number of issues beyond the obvious aesthetic issues such as a broken counter edge. For example, the air smelled musty cigarette smoke, the stove in the room was broken, there were no advertised kitchen pans or utensils, there was only one towel for four people, the tub had rust or something on the bottom, and hair and rust in the drain hole. Apart from that, the beds were comfortable, and maintenance staff and office staff were able to quickly fix the stovetop and provide us with more towels and soap, as well as a few odd pots and pans. I didnt think its an entirely terrible hotel. In my opinion, it was the hardest aspect to deal with, and if I accepted that it wasnt going to be like a good hotel, I could accept it for what it was and enjoy
