Loved the location. The property didn’t have a restaurant but as soon as you step outside , there’s 180 degrees of restaurants, dining and entertainment along 6th st. The dining scene is quite extensive on 6th st. The roofdeck has an excellent view of the Austin skyline.Was pleasantly surprised how modern and how clean and well mainted the property was. The property small room for 1 person if you want to have stretching or a quick exercise but minimum equipment . There was a kitchen/dining and a separate laundry room/that doubles as a room to get your work done with comfy chairs, couch and tables. The room I had ,on the top floor, was large with an almost floor to window. Bed had a medium to soft cushion , there was a wall TV, fridge , a good sized bathroom and there was this long stone top counter with cabinets and a long rack to hang clothes. I really loved the modern , industrial feel of the rooms. I’ll be happy to stay again when I come back to Austin. BTW didnt need to have a car , there were e-scooters and e-bikes all over , I was able to ride w-bike to the Capitol Bldg and cross the bridge to SoHo house and back.

La verdad me gusto mucho. Aún tiene un par de amenidades adicionales (las cuales son un extra, nada que haga menos cómoda la estadía) por terminar de pulir pero la verdad la ubicación y el estado de la propiedad son excelentes. Excelente atención y muy amables en recepción.

I thought it was great so I'll give a 5. Booking, check-in instructions, communication was easy and responsive. Room was clean and comfortable. Location is really cool. On-site staff was engaging, friendly and helpful. Next time I'm in Austin I'll book there again.

I would stay here again but some notes. It's right next to lots of bars and restaurants. It gets very noisy until 2 or 3am on Friday - Sunday night. If you don't mind the noise, it's a great location with tons of food trucks and restaurants within walking distance. Great people watching. My room had a stove and fridge but no microwave. There is a microwave in a common area. Bathroom floors are just plain cement. Internet was very fast. Everything was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. No room service available that I know of. There is an in unit washer dryer combo.

This place was perfect. The rooms were nice and spacious! Staff is very helpful but gives you the proper space but if we needed anything they help out right away. Free laundry and great vibe.

Only real complaint is that the “fitness center” was a bench with dumbbells only going up to 25lbs. I think that could have been communicated better in pictures, etc, but overall it was a great location, great price, and nice place.

I really enjoyed the "hands-off" experience of Kasa. There wasn't anything extra I needed. The virtual concierge was perfect for my preferred style of travel. The only downside is the noise on weekends from the bar next door. This is not the location's fault and they have provided earplugs and sound machines to help combat it. I was able to get good sleep thanks to those amenities. I would stay there again, I love the 6th street vibe of restaurants and coffeeshops.
