Another enjoyable stay. The bed is a bit too firm for us older bodies but we made it work.

Loved the staff. They were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and very acceptable. The only issue was the parking. There was not enough parking near our room.

Safe clean stay on a cross country road trip. Felt very safe and night shift does rounds in the parking lot as well which was nice. Room was large and clean. Simple but expected for the price. Kitchenette was nice to reheat some food we grabbed at the whole foods down the road. Cat greets you in the lobby which was a highlight for me.

Everything about the hotel and stay was great except for a couple big things that still haven't been resolved. First off I had some issues with the card I was using as they said I couldn't use it due to it not being in my name. This was the second day mind you. I said ok and could they key in a card number because I have a card in my name however it was a virtual card and I don't have the physical card. The desk clerk looked at me and says "sir I'm sorry but we can't be conducting business this way." As if I was trying to swindle him in some way. The card I used belonged to a friend who just hadnt been able to make it down there and I asked about the virtual card in hopes of saving HIM the wasted time and get his hotel paid up without an issue. I'm not sure why the attitude was given. He then told me we would just keep everything the same for one more night and IF I was allowed to stay further I would have to pay cash. The clerk the first day however told me it HAD to be on a card. So I don't know which one is correct however in the end of all of this the room was left in EXCELLENT condition but needless to say I have still not received my deposit back from the stay. I intend on calling them to follow this issue up today, but I did not like the way I was treated as some kind of common theif or pickpocket as if I was attempting to scam a few bucks off of him personally. That left a rather bitter taste in my mouth overall so IF I stay here again it will be with serious caution!
