Clean and stocked room; full fridge, microwave, dishes, kitchen area. Good location and easy commute into Morgantown. Friendly and assistive staff. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The pictures looked great, and prices seemed reasonable. When we got there to check in the lady behind the desk wasn't very friendly. There were 3 cops standing at the desk. I booked a 2 queen bed room and when we got up to 204 the room had 2 doubles. We were too tired to complain, also there was alot of grime on the back of the washroom door and urine around the bottom of the toilet. Which I cleaned my self.

Staff was really great. Checking in was easy. Parking area was well lighted at night. Kitchen came equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The building was a little dated, but everything was clean, well maintained, and functional.

Is a bit of an older property, but clean and well maintained. It is pet friendly, priced well and rooms have a kitchenette; making this a perfect choice for families wishing to visit with their child in college. Overall, great choice! Would stay again!

Amy (front desk staff) was AMAZING! When we arrived, I discovered we'd been assigned an ADA room w/o a bathtub and my ASD son loves his baths! When I requested to be switched, she got our room switched right away! Also, we were staying at Suburban Studios for my daughter's graduation, and checkout time is noon; I was concerned we wouldn't be able to swing that, so I requested a late checkout. Amy again was so accommodating and allowed me a 1p checkout. Additionally, the room was clean and had no odd smells and the beds were very comfortable. If we return to Morgantown, I will definitely be staying here again. Thanks again for all your help Amy!! :-)

The room was very clean. Ruth (at the hotel) was very professional, polite, and helpful. I also spoke to someone at reservations when I called the 1-800# and she was very polite and helpful. Overall, we had an ideal experience.
