The property was very clean and well laid out. Lot of great design thought went into the landscape architecture. That also applied to the rooms as well. From great lighting to a bathroom that was spacious, we felt quite at home. (Apparently, we are meant to stay in semi darkness and have a tiny shower and toilet 6 inches from the ground in the vast majority of high-priced chain hotels!) In terms of amenities, it was perfect for us. Pool, food and bar were great as was the marina where we rented a boat for the day. However the highest praise must go to the staff. They were genuinely caring and extremely friendly. Thank you for making this the best time for us.

Great place that feels very newly built. Great apartment with possibility to do a laundry. Large balcony that is very useful in the evening. Beautiful pool area. The beach is very small though.

This KOA was an amazing place to stay with plenty to do and close to great things to do in the Keys. Close to Key West, Big Pine Key and Marathon! Beautiful facilities and kids loved the play/swim area.

The staff and the property were excellent. They really work hard to keep things clean and they’re very friendly. The property features are excellent for the most part. The only disappointment was the beach. It was small and the water was very dirty. Not something I’d swim in but none of the beaches we went to in Key West were very nice when it came to the water. Excellent resort and we had an amazing time.

We had our own flat in the resort on the second floor. We had a washer & dryer & refrigerator. We ate out mostly. The bar and cooks there are amazing & treated us so well. Pool and spa tub was nice to access as much as we wanted before dusk. Comfortable beds and pillows and big blue beach towels to use in our flat. We did our own thing & traveled to different beaches & places daily. Saw a baby nurse shark at the end of the Sugar Loaf beach area yesterday.Just 5 feet from me & a manatee swam right past me whenever I was Sombrero beach today. Lovey trees and flowers.

Die Wohnung die wir hatten ( mit Etagenbetten ) war sehr geräumig und im sehr guten Zustand. Es sah alles sehr neuwertigen aus.Waschmaschine und Trockner waren auch sehr neuwertig. Der Pool mit Bar ist sehr gepflegt.Das Essen und die Drinks sind sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand lädt nicht unbedingt zum baden ein. Man solle Badeschuhe mitnehmen. Wir werder beim nächsten Florida wieder das Hotel buchen.

Fantastic place! We stayed in the hotel part of the resort - our apartment was big (even though it was the standard size) and it was spotless. The kitchen had all the plates, cups, and utensils etc you could need, and there was a washer and dryer with detergent. We loved the many USB ports all over the apartment to charge phones etc. Bathroom had a fantastic shower and was also spotless. The only minor issue we had was that there isn't a lot of hanging space for longer clothes. If you have any longer dresses, I'd recommend bringing your own coat hangers and use the hooks rather than the rail, but as I said.. minor issue. The staff are lovely, the pool is nice, the pub was popular (cooled with fans which was great) and the food was good. We will happily book this again next time we're in the keys!
