Convenient location, plenty of rooms and obviously supports local sports. Plenty of school buses. Kids were not a problem. Room was a little cramped with little room between end of the bed and the dresser. No coffee pot in the room. Told desk clerk when we checked in. He said he'd get one. Was there three days and never got one. TV didn't work, evidently it requires 2 remotes. We only had one. Clerk came in to show how to use buttons on the bottom of the TV that you can't see in order to make the TV work. Not acceptable. Coffee in the lobby was frequently out. Mentioned it to the desk clerk who then grumbled about it being empty. Another clerk, different day, made sure the coffee pots etc were filled. Good job to her!

Good place for the price. Definitely bring your own toiletries (toothbrush and toothpaste). Shampoo, lotion, and body wash were provided in small bottles. Room was decent, and had no major issues.

The new pet friendly rooms have snapgrove flooring so the floors are easy to keep clean and whatever they're using for floor cleaner smells really good. Housekeepers here are hard working, professional, relaxed, courteous and fun to chat with. Management is good here, friendly. The property is clean and tidy. Quick easy breakfast at 6:30 a.m., this hotel is close to a lot of different good restaurants and other attractions in downtown Corvallis. ( Great food and interesting shops)

Ants in my first room. Got second room because I needed a room for disabled. Expedia messed this up. This was not a choice on Expedia. I asked for it via contact with property. They did not receive it. I had to pay extra for the ADA room and it was/is very nice. (Extended my stay for unforseen reasons.)

Quick check-in, clean room with a nice view of the river, and comfortable bed. The outside of the building makes it seem dumpy, but it seems like they are working on updating the place. The breakfast is basic… bagels, coffee, cereal.
