Lots of parking. Easy access. The property was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. They have an indoor pool and jacuzzi that is very well kept.

From check in to out the process was quick and easy. The staff were helpful and informative. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I had a last minute change of plans and had to check out a day early, and because I chose to pay on site, as opposed to online, I was not charged for the extra day.

Rooms were very clean, quiet, dark and comfortable. Lots of parking including for big vehicles. I left before breakfast.

You don’t have to plan better the front receptionist ladies in the afternoon even early evening were amazing. They were all super helpful, super polite, super courteous. They are customer service at the top day go all above and beyond and I would definitely stay there again be the first place I would stop passing to grants Pass, Oregon great price continental breakfast beautiful rooms. It’s great if you want a good view of parts of grants Pass take a third story room and you’ll be able to see it. The train goes by from my distance. You can see that it’s an awesome view with the mountains. I honestly for the price it’s fine. It was not bad at all very easy very cheap compared to now others especially early summer I would pay top price for it in the winter and top tour season just for the employees alone. I hear their bosses are amazing. You can tell they don’t work a day in their lives because they love their job thank you to all the staff stayed in room 305 third story. On June 17 until June 18, 2026 I’d love it and do it again.

Our stay was last minute, and a replacement as we were scheduled to stay accross the street (our room was discusting at the other hotel, so we had to relocate!)... We found everything at this hotel very accommodating. It was a great upgrade from our original selection. My granddaughter loved the pool, and we also had breakfast the next morning, and our original destination was Oregon Caves, but it was suggested by staff I take my granddaughter to The Trees of Mystery... which I did and I had no regret (missed out on 500 stairs at the Caves - which my knees were thankful for!) The staff was great, and so was our stay. Much improved upgrade from our original reservation. Very Satisfied.

The room was very clean and orderly. Customer service was top notch. Close to many food establishments. It has an indoor pool. I highly recommend this motel.

Stayed a night heading to Washington, it reminded me of Sam’s town in Vegas the way it was set up. Carpeting in the room was really dirty my granddaughter took her shoes off and within seconds her feet were black. That was my only complaint, everything else was good.

Although the motel itself was nothing above average the towels and the pillow options were fabulous. It was nicely located close to the freeway gas and food. And parking was well lit and I felt comfortable with my car being parked there.
