After having a horrible experience at Alaska Hotel and bar the night before, this hotel saved the day!! From the moment we walked in the staff was welcoming and so kind. Check in was smooth, set up for our airport shuttle the next day was perfect. The room was clean and cozy. It did get a bit hot but they provided 2 fans for us. There is some noise from the road but with the fans I didn’t hear a thing. The bathroom was clean. The lights were flickering in the bathroom but after our other experience it was no a problem. The washer and dryer on site were a great amenity. They carry quarters if you need them at the front desk. This place was just what we needed after a horrible night at the Alaska hotel and bar.

The person at the front desk was very courteous kind and helped me rebook a room. I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name, but she was very nice.

i was late and missed an entire day of checkin because of a missed flight. When i finally arrived i was still able to use the remainder day of my reservation which i was glad as i was getting ready to head out of the country on military deployment over seas and needed that hot shower and sleep. Thank you

Airport courtesy shuttle van is very accommodating. The front desk people, Van driver & housekeeping are awesome to work with. Our family prefers to stay here whenever we are in Juneau for Dr. appts or shopping.

The pick up point was the Alaska Marine ferry in Auke Bay - about 12 miles from City Center. Van was large and very clean. Shuttle serves both ferry and airport.
