I absolutely loved my room, no complaints there. My only complaint is the manger there, horrible attitude. Sorta fair skin, bald, slender, older man. I called at about 4 or 5pm after I just booked my room to ask simply, what was the latest time I could check in on the same day, and it ended up in him catching an attitude with me, saying I need to give him a specific time I would be there, that I need to get there ASAP, threatening to cancel my reservation, the hung up on me. Only for me to see in the email that their latest check-in time was 5 AM so there was no rush whatsoever. You can tell me I can’t check in after a certain time, but couldn’t just tell me what that time was, but was quick to be rude? Absolutely horrible service

I can't recommend this place enough. It was super clean and the staff was kind and courteous. It was a few miles away at most from everything we wanted to do. The whirlpool tub worked perfectly and was amazing at the end of long hot days. The veteran parking showed respect and made it so much easier for my old disabled veteran self to get my things in and out of the hotel. It appeared they were busy making even more improvements to the property during our stay, so I'm looking forward to our next stay.

The room and hotel were clean. A perk is it looks like they are in the middle of fixing the place up. Check in was easy and straight forward. With friendly staff. Although at the moment the breakfast was shut down. It seems like a temporary thing. Was in a nice central location with plenty of places to eat and shop just a short distance.

I booked this hotel due to it having both a breakfast each morning and that the room was a kitchenette. The breakfast was non-existent as that area was closed off with a sign. The room did indeed have a two burner stove...both burners were dirty but that didn't matter since they didn't work anyway. Basically, while the room was fine as a place to sleep as we went to a Cardinals game and explored the city for a couple of days, the advertisement on the website is false. I think it is wrong to advertise the free breakfast and a kitchenette when neither was true.

So I was following the GPS and it told me to get off on the road and my first impression of the road was to ask Siri what the murder capital of the US is. Then I pulled into the hotel and tried to check in, but I was early. The clerk was very helpful and that was the highlight of my entire day. The advertised that there was a free breakfast however, their kitchen dining room have been shut down by the city for unknown reasons. Then I went to my room and it was literally like a dungeon with some furniture in it. It had a red Jacuzzi from 1975, but I don’t think anybody in the right mind would step into however in fairness the bed was comfortable and I did get an OK sleep. But seriously if you say you can give a customer or something and then you can’t you have to make it right.

Well it was supposed to have breakfast but the food area was closed due to the hotel not having a license to operate. Also they doing some work at the hotel. When I got there I thought it was closed because it had a big dumpster in front of it . There were some guest above me that were constantly banging on the floor, sounded like they were wrestling upstairs. I had to call the front to complain. At least the room was decent.
