Two years ago, I stayed here. Yet, for online advance reservation, you must first go see if a room is available, and then pay the market price issued because the property is no longer listed on wynhamsuper 8. That price is reasonable. After paying, I was given a clean, non-smoking pet-free room but without being informed until that time the shower wasn't working because of the order. The next day, I needed to shower, and I learned. The clerk slurred unapologetically with sexist slang when I was speaking to me. Room carpets in the hallway need cleaning, and the emptied trash from the parking lot is needed. Lots of tenants with cats and dogs in the room. No coffee in the foyer. Due to the pandemic, many motels and hotels are loosing anticipated, unrespected standards, including those that used to be provided for guests to rent a room, due to the pandemic. It seems like never to return to this property. Across from thurmont, the next closest clean, affordable lodging options are Frederick, Gettysburg, and Hagerstown. emmitsburg, on us 15, is 9 miles north. The nearest sleep inn is 9 miles north in Emmitsburg.

This super 8 place made me very pleased. They treated me with respect and consideration and help me. From checking over, they acted like friend. The employees here are really helpful, especially with the rooms that are clean and comfortable. The vending machines should operate as they should. The nearby area is well-kept, and the highways are easy to reach.

During our trip with our dog, we stayed one night at the super 8 in Thurmont. The next day, we went hiking at the Catoctin mountain, and this hotel was nearby. The staff was helpful during check-in, and both the room and bathroom were tidy. We had a great time overall in the spacious room, especially for the three of us. If I were in the region, I'd stay here again, especially if we had a dog.
