The price compared to the other places were very reasonable. The condition of the hotel is good, and the cleanliness is very good. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. However, the breakfast is not a hit with me, it needs to be modified again.

I came to Sarasota for a twoweek work assignment which turned into four months at this hotel. Some background. This location was a knights inn that had been modernized in the 1960 s. All hotels motels in this area that are not chain locations are vintage. Best westerns budget segment is the sure stay flag. Your points and everything are good here, but you won't get some of the perks associated with branded best westerns. However, this is a family owned business with headquarters. When I was there, I had no issues with my room. Everything was in good shape. I had zero significant issues of any sort. Housekeeping was excellent. Management is extremely friendly and will work with you on whatever you need. You will need a car or an uber if you want to go to the beach. Its not within walking distance, but if you were within walking distance, you would spend three times the cost as here. Keep in mind. On the plus side, you can walk here from the airport. The pool was also very pleasant. Overall, I had a great time and recommended that we use this location for future trips.

The facilities are always excellent. The employees are fantastic. This hotel is excellent because it is close to the museum airport, the center of the city, and the beach. Plus, there is a great Goodwill store right next door.

Lido beach is not close enough to go to. The room had a few broken things and had a bad internet connection. This motel is very clean.
